What a rip of an update.

Updated yesterday. Half the verses are gone and the background is black now. Not happy at all wish Id never updated wont be able to use my favorite bible now.

Has anyone updated successfully?

I love and use my Reformation Study Bible app daily. Im waiting to update until there are others who have updated without problems.

Best study bible!

A very good study bible with solid, reformed commentary.

Almost perfect

This is the most expensive app Ive ever bought and its been worth every dollar. Ive been using this app for almost a year. It does what it says and is useful. I like almost everything about it but have a few requests 1. When I tag verses, the list only shows about 10 titles I have made. Why cant the list be longer? Its saving my tags but not showing them on the recent list. 2. Id love to have maps integrated into the program. Glo Bible has good graphics but no RSV or ESV. Would love to see TRSB hop on this one. Wish there were more apps like this.

Great App & Support

Use this app every day and love it! Contacted support and they had a fix in less than 2 days AND over the weekend. You Rock.

Love this bible - Dislike this layout of the app

The RSB bible is awesome - the layout needs a lot of work. Customization very limited; layout could be better organized (I.e. I dont like spending what seems an eternity scrolling all the way down to the 119 Psalm.). The text and chapter titles are also jumbled up making it difficult to quickly see what youre reading. If I had known this app was so scrambled, I would have paid $20 for the RSB notes on Olive Tree Bible (which has a terrific layout), but Im currently stuck going back and forth between apps. Too time consuming for $10. Please provide updated customization! It would be greatly appreciated.

Question?

Excellent resource. Two questions: Why are there Scofield notes? Very puzzling. Where can the maps be purchased?

Missing articles and chapter notes

Love the bible and the app is good. I miss the articles, etc, that are in the print version. Can you include them?

Ligonier Absolutely

FYI, has anyone seen the logos co. Is totally copying your idea? Even the icon logo is super similar. How can I go about Matt. 18:15ing the logos corporation, cause Im a brother offended.

RSB

A great app! Three questions: I have downloaded the Greek NT, so now how do I use it? Cant find any button anywhere. Second, now do I get the notes on the left instead of the bottom (as shown in the picture)? Third, is there a tutorial for the app? Very well done IMO, lots of great info, easy to read ESV.

Nice App, some suggestions

This is a very nice app and I use it daily. Just a few suggestions - 1) make it possible to underline or highlight just a word or portion of a verse for emphasis, 2) make it possible to highlight and copy the footnotes. With these features I would rate it 5 stars. Overall, great job, thank you.

Great app, however I need help!

I love this app. Ive been using it for several years and always enjoyed the notes on the passages, the Theological articles, and the Search feature. I use this on my iPad and iTouch. Every time I use the Search feature on the iPad it shuts the entire app down and goes to the Home screen. It doesnt happen on my iTouch. Can some one help or put out an upgrade?

I want to love this

I have been a reader of the ESV/Reformation Study Bible for several years now. In fact, I have a hard copy signed by Dr. Sproul. When I bought my iPad, one of my first purchases was Bible software. Of course I wanted this version and Dr. The Ref. Study Bible commentary. However, every time I open the app, I have some kind of a technical issue: a crash, a freeze, or most frustrating, loss of notes. The Acro platform has so many features, but is not stable, as far as the Ref. Study Bible goes. Further, I have had to self teach the advanced features. In fact, I discovered the note taking function (within the Bible itself, NOT the notebook function on the home screen) completely by accident. There is no tutorial, no help section within the app, and no FAQ section on the Acro website. Furthermore, there not been an update since October of 2012, which is a proverbial millennia in the iPad world. This app is worth fixing, and I respectfully request that the bugs be fixed ASAP.

Excellent Bible Study App

I use this app for Bible study, personal devotional time and sermon preparation. It is a great app for these purposes. The Extra downloads makes it a great resource without having to take a large quantity of books with me. Now I can study anywhere and anytime without being concerned if I brought the applicable books from my library.

Great!!

I love having the notes by RC. I love being able to ad my own notes. I love being able to highlight verses. And to top it off I have not had any technical issues, It works.

Very well done!

This is a fantastic tool for any serious Christian. The fact that you can cross refrence on the fly without disturbing your main read, is already a plus, but then to have added the commentary from the hard copy, really puts this app over the top. A well deserved 5 stars. Update: Recently, the app shuts down when I try to search (on the ipad). Once fixed, Id rate this app 5 stars once again. Still awesome!

Amazing app

This is the best bible app out there. Its worth the 10$ u spend. It never crashes and u can do anything u eany

Best Bible App Hands Down

By profession I use several Bibles for lecture and message preparation. My one complaint has been that I have to consult multiples to prepare even one message because no one source has has everything I need. Namely, a concordance, Thompson chain references, Strongs definitions, and sound commentary. But this Bible app has it all! I had trouble believing this app would be worth my money since I already own a print copy of the Reformation Study Bible. I WAS WRONG.

Lost my paid NASB

Had to restore my iPad without backup, cant get NASB that I paid for. Developer is not responding (multiple emails to support)..

The Reformation Study Bible

This is probably the best app Ive ever used. It is smooth, uncomplicated, and does just what it says it will do. Much easier to read than the printed version...even on my iPhone! Great for daily devotions and during an animated, challenging Bible Study! Purchased April 26, 2014, right after the recent update.
